How the fee works

CrexiPay's platform fee is 1% on card and wallet payments and 0.5% on ACH bank payments, capped at $10 per payment. This is separate from, and in addition to, Stripe's own processing fees, which Stripe deducts under your Stripe agreement.

For example, on a $100.00 card payment, CrexiPay's platform fee is $1.00. The same payment made by ACH would be 50 cents. Stripe's processing fee is deducted separately per your Stripe pricing. You see the exact platform fee and your net on every request before you send it.

The platform fee is earned on each successful payment and is not refunded if you later refund that payment, just like card-processing fees. You always see the exact fee and your net before you send a request.

There are no setup fees, subscription fees, monthly minimums, or per-account charges. If you don't send a request, you don't pay anything.

WooCommerce (coming soon): a CrexiPay plugin for WooCommerce is on the way. Orders it processes will carry a lower 0.75% platform fee instead of 1%, still on top of Stripe's own processing fees. The plugin is not available yet; we will announce it here when it launches.
