This Privacy Policy explains how CrexiPay LLC ("CrexiPay", "we") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the CrexiPay platform and website (the "Service").

Information we collect

• Account information: the name, email address, and role of the people who use CrexiPay on behalf of a business.
• Payment request information: the customer name, email, amount, and description entered when a Merchant creates a request.
• Usage information: logs, device and browser data, and IP addresses used to operate and secure the Service.

We do not collect or store payment card numbers. Card details are entered directly on Stripe's secure checkout and are handled by Stripe.

How we use information

• To provide the Service — creating and sending payment requests and tracking their status.
• To send transactional email (such as invoices and login codes) through our email provider.
• To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the Service: with Stripe to process payments, with our email provider to deliver messages, and with infrastructure providers that host the Service. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data security

We use industry-standard measures to protect information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and encryption at rest for sensitive credentials. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

Data retention

We retain account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us, subject to legal and record-keeping requirements.
