Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy governs what you may and may not do with the CrexiPay platform (the "Service"). Because payments run through Stripe, your use must also comply with the Stripe Restricted Businesses list and the Stripe Services Agreement. If there is a conflict, the stricter rule applies.

Acceptable use

You may use CrexiPay only to request and collect payment for legitimate goods and services that you are authorized to sell, from customers who expect to be billed by you.

Prohibited activity

You may not use the Service to:

Send payment requests for goods or services that are illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or that you are not authorized to sell.
Bill customers who have not agreed to be billed, or send unsolicited or misleading requests.
Facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or evasion of sanctions.
Sell any product or service on the Stripe Restricted Businesses list, or otherwise prohibited by card network rules or applicable law.
Infringe intellectual property, violate privacy rights, or handle stolen or counterfeit goods.
Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
Resell or provide access to the Service to a third party without our written permission.

Prohibited & restricted businesses

Businesses and categories restricted or prohibited by Stripe may not be operated through CrexiPay. This includes, without limitation, unlawful products, regulated products sold without proper licensing, adult content where prohibited, gambling where prohibited, and other categories described in the Stripe Restricted Businesses list. We may decline or remove any account or request at our discretion.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate accounts, cancel requests, or report activity to Stripe or authorities as appropriate. You are responsible for ensuring your business and your customers' transactions comply with this policy.
