The flow
Inside CrexiPay, an admin or team member picks which of your connected Stripe accounts to bill from, enters the customer's name and email, the amount, and a description. CrexiPay shows the flat platform fee and your net settlement before anything is sent — so there are never surprises.
The customer gets an email that comes from your business name, with a clear invoice and a secure link. The invoice can appear on your own website via a small embed, or on a CrexiPay-hosted page — either way it's clean, professional, and unmistakably yours.
When the customer clicks pay, they complete the payment on Stripe's secure, PCI-compliant hosted checkout. Card details are entered on Stripe — never on CrexiPay and never on your website. You keep your existing Stripe account and your existing payout schedule.
The instant the payment clears, Stripe notifies CrexiPay, the request flips to Paid, and your team gets an on-screen chime and alert. Every transaction — sent, paid, or declined — is recorded with its amount, fee, and net, so your books stay tidy.
