Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms ("Terms") govern participation in the CrexiPay affiliate program (the "Program"), operated by CrexiPay LLC ("CrexiPay", "we", "us"). By applying to or participating in the Program, you ("you", "Affiliate") agree to these Terms and to the CrexiPay Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Eligibility & enrollment

Participation is by application and approval. We may accept or decline any application at our discretion. You must provide accurate information and keep it current. You may hold one affiliate account. Employees and contractors of CrexiPay are not eligible.

2. Referrals & attribution

On approval you receive a unique referral link. A business ("Referred Merchant") is credited to you when it signs up for CrexiPay through your link and we record the attribution at sign-up. Attribution requires use of your link; we do not add referrals manually or retroactively, and where multiple affiliates are involved, the most recent valid referral applies. You may not refer yourself or businesses you own or control (a "self-referral").

3. Commissions

You earn 25% of CrexiPay's platform fee on successful payments processed by your Referred Merchants. Because our platform fee is a flat 2% per transaction, this equals roughly 0.5% of a Referred Merchant's transaction volume. Commissions accrue for 24 months from each Referred Merchant's first successful payment. Commissions are only earned on fees CrexiPay actually collects and retains; they are not earned on Stripe's processing fees, on unpaid or failed payments, or after the 24-month window ends.

4. Refunds, chargebacks & clawbacks

If a payment underlying a commission is refunded, disputed, or charged back, the related commission is reversed. If the commission was already paid to you, the reversed amount is deducted from your future commissions or balance (a "clawback"). We may withhold or reverse commissions we reasonably believe are the result of fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

5. Payments to you

• Commissions earned in a calendar month clear after a short hold and are paid on the 15th of the following month (for example, September's earnings are paid on October 15), provided your available balance is at least $50. Amounts below the minimum, and commissions still within the hold period, roll to the next payout.
• Payments are made by PayPal or bank transfer to the payout details on your account.
• You are responsible for providing valid payout and tax information. U.S. affiliates must complete a Form W-9; we issue a Form 1099 where required by law.
• You are solely responsible for any taxes on commissions you earn.

6. How you may promote CrexiPay

You agree to promote CrexiPay honestly and lawfully. You may use the copy, links and materials we provide, and describe CrexiPay accurately. You may not:

• send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or use deceptive, misleading or false claims (including guaranteed earnings);
• imply you are employed by CrexiPay, or that CrexiPay is a bank or holds funds;
• bid on CrexiPay trademarks in paid search, or use misleading domains, cloaking, or redirects;
• offer unauthorized rebates, or generate referrals through fraud, bots, or self-referral.

You must disclose your affiliate relationship where required (for example, under U.S. FTC guidelines).

7. Term & termination

Either party may end participation at any time. We may suspend or terminate your participation, withhold unpaid commissions, and reverse prior commissions if you breach these Terms or engage in fraud or abuse. On termination without cause, commissions validly earned before termination remain payable subject to these Terms; on termination for fraud or breach, unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

8. Changes to the Program

We may change or discontinue the Program, including commission rates, the commission window, and these Terms, on a prospective basis. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Independent relationship

You participate as an independent contractor. Nothing in the Program creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship. You have no authority to bind CrexiPay or make representations on its behalf.

10. Disclaimers & liability

The Program is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrexiPay will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability relating to the Program will not exceed the commissions paid to you in the three months before the claim.
