On October 18, 2026, CrexiPay lowered its platform fee. Card and wallet payments now carry a 1% fee, and ACH bank payments carry 0.5%, capped at $10 per payment. Until now the fee was a flat 2% on every payment, whatever the method. Here is exactly what changed, what it looks like on real invoices, and what it means for your business.

The new fees at a glance

The fee is earned on each successful payment and, like card-processing fees, isn't refunded if you later refund that payment.

Stripe's fee is separate, and it hasn't changed

CrexiPay runs on your own Stripe account, so every payment has two separate fees: Stripe's processing fee, which Stripe deducts under your Stripe agreement, and CrexiPay's platform fee. This change only affects the CrexiPay part. For reference, Stripe's standard US pricing is 2.9% + 30¢ for domestic cards and 0.8% for ACH Direct Debit, capped at $5 (as listed on stripe.com/pricing on October 18, 2026; your own Stripe pricing may differ).

What it looks like on real payments

CrexiPay's platform fee, before and after the change. Stripe's processing fee is extra in both cases and is shown separately.

The bigger the invoice, the more the ACH cap matters. On a $5,000 project paid by bank transfer, CrexiPay's fee drops from $100 to $10.
